RETURNS POLICY

30 day guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase, within the reasons and terms as set out below:

Change of heart
Do bear in mind the A-bike can take a little getting used too as it is different to ride compared to a regular bike with a longer wheel base (the distance between the front and back wheels)

But if you change your mind you can return a product to us provided it is unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging. Products that are marked in any way or with worn down parts cannot be refunded. If you try an A-bike before sending it back please do somewhere clean, preferably indoors to avoid any such marking.

Please retain your proof of postage when returning items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Gift items
If you have received a product from us as a gift we are happy to exchange it for something else but we cannot give refunds to anyone but the original purchaser. Please retain your proof of postage when returning items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Faulty or defective items
If you return a product that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of returning it us or alternatively arrange a collection on you behalf where possible. If you believe an item to be faulty please email us first at sales@a-bike.co.uk explaining what the fault is and how it happened. We can then issue you with a Fault Reference Code. We do test all items returned because of a fault and cannot make a full refund if we believe the product has been damaged due to mis-use and not due to a fault.

Refunds and replacements
If we have received your item back and you are due a refund of replacement from us we will endeavour to process this within 7 days of receipt of the item but please allow up to 28 days.
